Pregnant 4 weeks after MC

So I found out this morning that we are pregnant again right after a MC. I am soooo thankful to be seeing faint lines but I’m soooo nervous that this little bean won’t stick either.

Has anyone had a successful pregnancy directly following a miscarriage??
