Vaginal soreness & rash

I feel weird posting about this, but I don’t have anyone to ask... so I decided to post here.

So during showering and or shaving, my vaginal area hurts. Like sometimes it’s red and it just hurts to wash it in the shower. Also when I pee it hurts sometimes.

What can I use to help it not be red and help ease the pain? I have seen something called vsgisil on Walmart’s website, does anyone know how well that actually works?
