29+3 and swollen feet!
Hi all! So I’m almost 30 weeks pregnant and over the weekend out of no where I woke up with swollen feet and ankles! Honestly can’t even see my ankle bone... is this normal?? Should I speak to the midwife about it? Its been here now for the last 3 days and elevating them is not reducing the swelling. Any recommendations what I can do to help?
