Not Understanding

I ovulated late November 7th and my last cycle was October 17. I understand late ovulation can delay your cycle but I’m currently 10 dpo and got a negative this morning with fmu. Should I wait a few more days to test? Usually I know when my period is coming because every month I would have the same symptoms of pms a few days before. Which I’m not having, so I’m really confused with myself...maybe I’m just overdoing it. I’m really deciding to not ttc anymore, it’s too overwhelming and I already have other issues to worry about.
