It stared yesterday, started in my lower abdomen and the left side of my back. Super painful cramping. Today its my lower abdomen and all of my lower back. Its so bad i feel like im going to puke. I keep trying to breathe through it but I cant. I have no appetite, frequent urination. Im miserable. My period is supposed to start tomorrow. I've never felt like this before. Should i go to er or urgent care? Or is this normal with pms? ( i also have irregular periods)
