"period pain"
im 35 plus 2 and have developed the worse lower back pain past few days and also right rib pain at my growth scan today the midwife asked me if ive had any period like pains today which i have with my back ache but i forgot to ask why she asked me this does anyone else know? also any tips to relieve this back pain i found pelvic exercises provide temporary relief
