I stand funny
I have a question and I wonder if someone has a solution or answer for me, I have a habit of standing on the outside edges of my feet when standing still for more than 5-10 minutes and I don’t know if that is bad for my body or not. I try to correct it (stand flat footed) when I catch myself doing it, but I don’t know why I do it or if it’s something that I Need to correct.
Any advice?
