Hello I am 13 years old with 36 DD breast and it is very hard to get around school and outdoors without having grow creepy men talking to me and follow me from school I’ve heard a large variety for things said to me such as “I’ll milk you baby” “Yay melons” “I ran out of milk wanna help?!”

I’ve even heard things at school from boys and girl “squeeze your elbows together” “your the big Boone’s bitch everyone talk about” “Your invited to my trampoline party just me and you!”

I want a reduction but am I able too at 13?! How do I tell my parents I want one?
