I'm not old lol but I enjoy eating by myself. I know a few senior citizens that prefer to go out and have some peace while eating. But sometimes I do see that one that you can just tell they are alone not by choice 😥

Not really. I have went out to eat alone before (also to the movies alone) because it's nice.

I think it's inspiring to have the confidence to eat alone and not care about the looks people give. I've only done it once at a sit down when I traveled with my husband for his work, so I ate lunch alone. I got amazing service lol.
