From day one my husband and I have been struggling with finances. We’ve had to ask for help with paying bill multiple times. It’s gotten bad enough that at one point we had no savings and about $100 in checking. Over the past week, I have been given two refunds from my university totaling almost $4500. The first one was smaller and we were just thinking that on thank god we can pay rent this month. This second one, which I was just informed about, I saw the email on my way to class and actually stopped walking and had to lean on the wall to keep from falling over because I was so shocked. I’m not trying to brag about this at all, but I’m just so shocked. We can pay all our bills, including overdue medical bills, and still have plenty left for food. I’m like not processing it right
