I went to pick up my meds this morning and I got in my car and counted my Xanax and half my bottle was missing.

I called them back and they said to bring my meds back in..

he said there must have been a mistake. Bs cus this same thing happened to me months back, where they cut my meds short.

I believe it’s so that they can give it to someone else and make money.

I told him that since this is my second time dealing w this at their pharmacy, that I should be making a police report but I’ll just never come back!

Anyone ever had their pharmacy try and pull a fast one on you or your family. If I don’t count them I’d never have known.

Who else had this happen?

UPDATE: for those that accused me of lying, thanks for being such a supportive group of ladies. Further more, it’s come to my attention that I’m not the only one this is happening to. The pharmacist holds on to what ever they want to keep. And waits to see if the patient notices, and calls back complaining. And to those who said I’m lying, when this happens to you or your family you’ll be livid too. Who doesn’t count their meds and walks off knowing very well that it’s a controlled substance! How about us with kids in the house. Or even some have addicts around (family, friend, neighbors..) Shame on all the people who put me down as well as others trying to help.. thanks so much. I really feel the support😕🤦🏻‍♀️

P.s. the pharmacist himself was nervous and apologized! and if I was wrong in counting my own meds, I’d be short for two weeks and u wouldn’t know where 30 pills went. Next time I won’t post in here!

There’s no support just back and forth arguing about something that has many opinions!
