Dumb ass! So done with her!

So my in laws (not so much the FIL, but the MIL) bitched and bitched and bitched about me not allowing kissing the baby once he's here. She would find a way to bring it up in any conversation if she was able. I told her she should do some research on how bad babies can get with the flu and HSV and told her that I'm not willing to take the chance with our son, and she's just gonna have to deal with it. So she made a comment that really set me off, 'well we just have to sneak in a few while you guys aren't looking or when you let us baby sit.' I responded with, 'you try to pull that shit and you won't be seeing him unattended and I'll be sure not to get 'distracted' while you are around.' she calls me 'over dramatic' and a '1st time mom diva' all the time because of this.... Like whatever, bitch. Slow you're roll or you won't be seeing your grandson at all!!

So fast forward today... She has me stop by her house to pick up some baby clothes she bought for him... You know, just another excuse to get me alone to nag at me, whatever, I'd rather go there than have her end up at our place to drop them off.... So I walk in and one of the first thing I noticed was a package of Abreva on the coffee table. Her, her husband, daughter, and daughters BF all live there, so I asked 'who has the cold sore?' she said she felt like she might have one coming on but isn't sure yet, 'could just be a pimple' as she points to her upper lip. 🙄 so she picked up some Abreva just in case.

I said, 'I want to make myself VERY clear, I am due in less than 1 week. If you, or anyone else thinks that there is even a chance that you are getting a cold sore, you will wear a mask while visiting, you will not hold him, and if you try to kiss him, that will be the LAST thing you do near him until he is immunized.'

She accused me of being over dramatic again and that I needed to calm down and that she will see what her son has to say about it before she agrees to that. It's ridiculous that I would expect her to not hold her grandson when he gets here for any reason. He needs to know who she is. 😕😕😕

Wtf is wrong with this woman?? Her grandsons health and well being isn't even an issue to her? It's hard to believe that her and I actually got along before the pregnancy. She's such a self entitled bitch!

I called my husband at work on my way home, he said the same thing I did. So since we're on the same page, she is going to be absolutely livid.

I am so done with her! I'm about to have a baby any day now, I don't need to be worrying about this type of shit. This should be common sense for anyone!
