So, I had an ultrasound appointment today to find a fetal pole as my very first visit had nothing showing. I was already anxious because this is technically 4th pregnancy, #2 & #3 were miscarriages. But my hubby and I were curious, I'm measuring 7w1d. My primary ordered an HCG quantitative blood test, which I completed on 10/17/19. It came back negative. I would have been 2w5d at the time. How would a blood test have shown negative if I really was pregnant?
