Supplements after Miscarriage?

Did anyone take supplements after they miscarried?
I took Vitex with my first and had a healthy daughter. I took Cassava Twins with my next pregnancy and had a miscarriage. 
I’m wondering now that i’m recovering from the MC, if I should take Vitex again or something to help boost my cycle and body?
Or just let it chill and do it’s thing?

What kind of Vitex did you take? 
I had a mc in September let my body rest in October then we tried again this cycle I took premama up until I ovulated then switched back to my prenatals, my period came 4 days earlier 😒 not sure if it was the Premama or just hormones.

I miscarried last cycle I’ve been taking vitex. I don’t think it was the cause. I was having all symptoms of it being a tubal pregnancy then started to bleed  I’m taking vitex again just lowering my dose because I’m on progesterone until close to period start date. I’m currently 10dpo with negative tests 🙁💔
