Binge eating!
Ya’ll, how do you stay on the straight and narrow the week before your period!?
I so badly want to lose weight
(about 30 pounds) and know exactly how to do so as I’ve done it in the past, but I can’t seem to stick to it the week before my period. I’ve got such bad cravings for salty, spicy and chocolate that it pretty much takes over my mind until I can eat it.
Today I did so well until after dinner, the need for chocolate took over and I totally pigged out on it. I’m so disappointed in myself and my lack of control over the past few days... it’s so frustrating.
I’ve tried eating healthier alternatives but somehow I always run back to my chocolate with pretzels. 😭
