Crampy and light tinged CM
Today I noticed discolouring when I went to wipe with long, stretchy CM. This evening I started cramping slightly stronger than previous Cramping below my belly button but lower in my abdomen. It was only in one spot and lasted about 15-20 seconds and would go away. Now it’s gone but when I went to put my progesterone in with my applicator, I took it out and there was light pink CM in the stick. Should I be worried? Has anyone experienced this?
