When did you realize your SO was the one

There wasn't a specific moment. I remember thinking early on "if things stay like this, I could seriously see me marrying him". And things stayed like that. Every day, week, month, and year just got better. He became my anchor and my beacon. He was my best friend and the one person I could always trust to be there for me. He never got scared off, and I'm damaged goods. I struggled with my ptsd a lot in the beginning, but he stayed and learned ways to help me through my attacks. He amazed me. Even now he still amazes me.

We had been seeing each other for about a month and we both had strong feelings for each other already. Well we went to his friends house one night and we were all drinking and playing beer pong and I got super wasted. I was only 18 and he was 23 but I drank all the time, it was nothing new. Well we went to the bedroom to go to sleep and we started to mess around and he stopped midway and said I don’t want to have sex tonight. He said we’re both pretty wasted and I don’t want our first time to happen like this and he kissed me and pulled me close and we just cuddled and I fell asleep in his arms. That was when I realized I loved him.

My then boyfriend and I got a pizza and a had a picnic. It was dark so I was driving him back home.  We had the pizza in the back because he was taking the leftovers home.  He decided to get a piece when we were driving and opened it up to find it was covered in ants.  He rolled down the window and threw the pizza out the window. Still had the box though.  His plan was to only throw out the ants. I had to pull over. One because I was going to pee from laughing and two because well ants in the car. Been together 5 years. Celebrated our second wedding anniversary today (11/18) and have a 5 month old. I guess I'll keep him.
