When they confirmed you’re gonna miscarry did they show you the ultrasound?

Saturday they confirmed I’m going to miscarry but they’ve never showed me my ultrasound or anything... and for some reason I would like to see it. Oddly enough I think it’ll help the process of grieving just a bit.

My situation was a little different because I started bleeding 2 hours before my 12 week doctors appointment. During that time my water broke as well, so when I got to my appointment they checked with the ultrasound, with the screen facing me, and you couldn’t really see anything because the sack was no longer filled with fluid.
I did appreciate being able to see though. Also, i passed the majority of the tissue in office with my doctors help. That eased the pain even more because I didn’t have to see and deal with it by myself.
So sorry for your loss 😞 you could always call and ask if they saved a copy or ask if you could come in again? They might if you haven’t started to miscarry yet. Good luck hun!

I didnt get a copy but I could see the screen during the scan. And I have a copy of the report from my hospitals online portal.
