Hurts while spotting

Does anyone else’s tract or kind of like inside the vagina does it hurt when you spot and pee while spotting but ONLY when I spot. Otherwise I have NO issue whatsoever. Not during my period or when I pee normally off my period (no spotting) or in any other scenario, nothing no weird discharge it ONLY hurts when I spot with brown-ish spotting. Does anyone know why ?
