So it’s my birthday today. My fiancé planned me a surprise birthday party. He invited my close friends, family and some of his family too. I was having a great time until my mom pointed out to me that my MIL was giving me dirty looks and nasty stares. When I payed attention she indeed was. When my in laws got there they didn’t say happy birthday, nothing. I over heard her saying something along the lines of “ I only came for the food I don’t even like her “ it was really rude. I just don’t understand why they would even show up. I know she doesn’t like my 8 month old daughter. She’s just really cold to her so I don’t even try to bring my daughter around them. When we were cutting the cake she just stayed in the living room on her phone while everyone sang happy birthday. She didn’t bring a gift, not that I wanted anything from her, but she seriously just went to put me down. I just really just wish she wouldn’t have gone and ruined my day.
