7w5d very lite pink spotting

I feel no change in my symptoms but had some pink spotting, very lite just noticed on toilet paper. No cramps. I did however orgasm a few hours ago. I’ll be calling my Dr. in the morning but that’s almost 12 hours away! Any thoughts? Does it sound like normal bleeding?
