Infection?

My baby boy a 1month old, and he has this red bumpy rash that appears to be a yeast infection on his neck. Anybody know what’s good to help cure it?

Coconut oil is an antifungal. We haven’t used it for yeast on the neck but our IBCLC recommended it for yeast diaper rash. We used it to treat thrush (yeast in mouth) also.

Corn starch in the neck folds will dry it up

I just posted the same thing in another group! A few suggestions said diaper cream , awuaphor or lomotrin!

This does look a little like yeast- it grows in red patches like that and tends to grow in moist, dark areas like skin folds. I would talk to your pediatrician. You may need a short course of an anti fungal to clear it up (just like diaper rash).

It also could be baby acne. I have found that breastmilk is a great cure for lots of things. Try rubbing some on it!
