Skin care recommendations?

I wash my face every day but I’m in my 30’s now and want to up my game. I also feel like I have aged a few years since I had my daughter a year ago. 
I’m trying to drink more water and cut out junk foods. I would just like some suggestions on products and skin care routines. 
I have dry sensitive skin.

Do you moisturize? It’s very important to get a good moisturizer for your skin which can help prevent wrinkles. Ontop of that leaving your skin soft. I’d also advice to wear spf if you don’t already, 30 broad spectrum atleast or fps + pa. This can be through suncreen or special type of foundation. The Uv rays are one of biggest factors for skin ageing

I love a good serum. 
Ok i am 30 and I added a rose spray that I do after I wash and before product, then it's a serum in the day info an anti aging one ( something that will lift and reduce fine lines ), then I will spot treat any blemishes or what ever and finish up with a moisturizer with suncreen. I love trying new products and not every product will work for everyone. My night routine is similar just with a night cream. I exfoliate once a week and mask during a shower if I feel like it. 
Getting older sucks so bad! I have been in love with skin care though! Right now is a perfect time because there are a ton of holiday kits available nso you could get a system to try.
