Breakouts

Im am breaking out terribly. I look like im 16 with all these pimples. My face has never broken out since being a teen. Now i have scars and new pimples every week. Not just little ones either Im talking about huge puss filled ones. I clean my face regularly with noxzema pads and exfoliate weekly. Is anyone else experiencing this? And how are you managing? I know its from hormones but still. Looking for something that will dry them out so their at least flat and not sticking out
