Wow this 4 month sleep regression has hit like a bus!!! My little one is exactly 4 months today. She used to sleep 7-6.30 straight through.

For the last 5 nights she has been up every hour or so , not really crying just talking , moving then eventually crying. We put her down awake usually and she goes to sleep herself so she can self soothe. She is a nightmare to get back to sleep, I’m having to feed her to get her to go back to sleep , then she isn’t as hungry in the day 😩🤦🏼‍♀️

Please tell me some good news! Who’s on the other side of this now?
