Do not go to the internet for symptoms 🙈🙊😭😢

So i just found out i am pregnant ! last year in november i suffered an ectopic pregnancy , i suffered from constipation and bad cramping... Here we are November again and i found out i was pregnate sunday... no cramps or spotting... But i doo have a very bad shoulder pain .. it did just start today .. someone told me sign of ectopic so i went straight to the internet.. yea i know worst decision.. Now i am crying my eyes out thinking is happening again i am so scared .... has anyone suffered from ectopic pregnancy ? what were your symptoms ? how long until you found out it was ectopic?
