ADHD??

So i have been looking up alot about ADHD lately and I'm really starting to suspect my 3 year old of having it but it's a very tough thing to diagnose in a toddler as alot of signs can also be typical toddler behavior! So any mamas ever find out that your child or toddler as definitally having this? If so what are they like? What made you suspect ADHD? I of course am going to talk to my sons pediatrician about this but I'm interested in some first hand accounts of witnessing this! I dont want to ignore it and brush it off as normal behavior when I could be learning ways of helping him and myself cope with it! My husband and I have 3 other boys that did not act like our 3 year old does as toddlers! He hardly sits still. He runs all day long. He will literally do nothing but run back and forth during meal times no matter what we do to get him to sit. He doesnt listen and doesnt stop long enough to listen. He literally acts like a nutcase and will just throw and kick all of his toys around all the time. He will only play with a toy for 5 seconds throw it down and then move on and he does that all day long. He doesnt stop talking and will repeat himself 100 times if u dont respond right away. He constantly makes all kinds of noise and sound effects. So while alot of that is typical for a 3 year old he just seems like hes off the charts with the energy levels of it. He goes from zero to 100 miles an hour the second he wakes up and he rarely sleeps through the night even if I run him ragged the day before.

My brother was diagnosed with ADHD as a child and my son reminds me of him alot but my brother would have really bad emotional and angry outbursts my sons are not as bad as his were.

So what do you mamas with experience with ADHD think?
