7DPO here and in need of help 💕

So I’m 7dpo and been having mild cramping with this dull pain on my right pelvic side.....and when I went to pee a few minutes ago the pain on my right pelvic side kinda increased a bit and when I finished it stopped.....

Anyone experienced this and turned out to be pregnant??????

Or does anyone know what they mean???
