Burning/ itching butt hole

Ladies I need your help. This is the third time it has happened to me. After I’ve had diarrhea I get a burning/ itching/ soreness. I’ve tried everything to stop it from happening. Did research online. I’ve been keeping that area very clean. I use wet wipes after I poop, sometimes a wash cloth. When I start to get the pain I’ve been using diaper rash medicine. I just don’t know what else I can do. It really hurts and it’s supper uncomfortable.
