I promised myself I wouldn't be one of those scrutinizing every pain and drive myself crazy thinking labor is near but I'm desperate that this is some kind of sign because I'm in so much pain I've spent a good part of my day crying and laying down feeling sorry for myself

But my SPD is so unbearable I can barely walk, it feels like my pelvis and pubic area is breaking, which I've felt for a good part of the pregnancy but since last night it's been so much worse. At my last cervical check a few days ago Dr said baby's head was engaged and I think his heads even lower because of how much more intense the pain has got in my pelvis

Plus I'm having constant Braxton Hicks and period cramps. Like nothing timable but these cramps are pretty damn intense and come and go all damn day.

I know we're all miserable and in pain, but this is my 3rd baby and my other pregnancies were a piece of cake compared to this one and my labors started spontaneous. Please just tell me all this could mean labor soon?
