Please read. Need advice. Possible preclamseia.

So my blood pressure has been perfect my whole pregnancy when I went to my appointment yesterday it was reading higher the normal she sent me for blood work to see if it's preeclampsia and told me to monitor my blood pressure and call her if it goes over 140/90. So last night it went over 140 / 90 but went back down to around 130/90 before bed. Then again today it's over 140/90. But I believe the doctor's office is closed today and I can't get through. Is it something that can hold off until tomorrow or would you go to the hospital? I'm 37 weeks 5days.
