How do you guys go grocery shopping with baby?!

For the last 5 months, I have avoided grocery shopping alone with baby girl. I just don’t know how to do it.

I can’t carry her in her car seat. I can’t put the car seat on the cart (I’m so weak, she’s so heavy😂) and I’m afraid to switch her from the car seat to a wearable carrier in this freezing cold snow.

I genuinely don’t know what would work best. Help😂
