Spectra pump?

I’m just now getting around to ordering a pump 🤦🏼‍♀️ what do y’all recommend?  One of my friends suggested the spectra because it’s quieter than the madela.  What does everyone else recommend tho?

I’ve had a medela and a spectra s1 and I’d pick the spectra every time. It’s more comfortable for me and I find the suction settings way better than the medela.  ￼￼

If your looking at getting a spectra try to see if you can get one of the cordless ones. Currently looking into them myself as my insurance only offered the S2 with my daughter and it worked well, I just barley produced, and I hated being stuck about 3ft from the outlet. I’ve been googling reviews between the S1 and 9+.

I got the spectra S1 through my insurance with a upgrade fee. I haven't used it yet since I'm 35 weeks but my friend loves hers. She has both S1 and S2 but loves S1 more.

I loved my spectra s2. This time I need something portable and insurance won’t cover the S1, but they will the 9. Anyone ever tried that model?

My sister and sister in law had a lot of trouble with the medela, but never tried anything else.  My cousin used a medela first and a spectra second and likes both.  I think the important thing is to make sure someone helps you select the right flange size for whichever model you get.

I've heard both of the spectra pumps too! I got the s2 & there are ways to make it portable with chargeable battery packs off of Amazon & what not. I haven't used it yet though, but friends say it works better than medela & quieter!
