Paid fmla
Fmla said I can’t take off the week before my induction. They said I can take general time off but I can’t get paid for it without filling out a whole stack of papers that has to go through my doctor.
I was slacking and just finished it this morning. My induction day is dec 9th, and I have to work up until that date. Anyone deal with this?
Edit: I DO get paid for my maternity leave, but not until the baby is actually born.
