Birth control TMI

I had my Mirena taken out October 28th. November 18th I got what I think was an extremely heavy period with blood clots and lots of cramping. I was having to change my tampon every hour. The bleeding stopped today, November 20th. I was just wondering if anyone has had this happen after Mirena removal?
