Pip assessment
I really need someone to settle my mind over something. Driving myself crazy and my anxiety is through the roof!!
I have just had a pip assessment in my home for applying for the above benefit. I have cancer and 3 children, one on the way. I filled in the form and the assessor came out, asked questions about how my illness and treatment effect me. Mainly cooking, how do i feed my children if im unable to stand for long periods of time, who baths them? I have provisions in place for when such things are too much for me and my children are never hungry, have a well balanced diet, doing great at school and they are never left to their own devices if im tired as there is someone always around to make sure.
My issue is this.. will the dwp contact social services with safety concerns regarding my children, is this even possible, would they need to?
Anyone with any advice, been in this situation or any helpful words of encouragememt please xx
