Kickboxing classes?
I used to run and take kickboxing classes often before getting pregnant. As soon as I got pregnant I stopped kickboxing classes because I thought I wasn't supposed to do abs and core work anymore. I talked to my doctor today about safe exercises since I've gained weight pretty quickly, and she said it's totally fine for me to take kickboxing classes and do ab exercises! I was shocked! Are you guys still doing sit up and push ups?? Is anyone taking kickboxing classes?? I'm just so nervous I'm going to hurt my baby!
