Backwards uterus

So i had an ultrasound and a vaginal scan done today for the first time in over a year.

I heard things like:

”it looks like it’s attached to the uterus”

“Maybe it’s attached to the ovaries”

“She’ll probably need a catscan”

“Well you see her uterus is tilted backwards and he cervix is up here”

All things that made my brain go 100 mph, and make me think of every possible horrible reason or outcome.

And because it was an imaging center, they couldn’t tell me anything. I have to wait for my doctor to get back to me in 2-3 business days.

If i was pregnant, would they have told me right then or does that have to be done by the doctor too?
