Open heart wreath I made for my mums 1 year anniversary ♥️♥️
Don’t know if this is allowed in this group just so proud of myself! My mum passed away unexpectedly 1 year ago today on 21/11/18, I made this open heart wreath for her to put on her grave. I’m so happy with how it turned out full of her favourite flowers and colours ♥️♥️
