TLC's Gypsy Sisters and My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding

If you have seen the show it follows people of the "gypsy" culture. This is placed in quotes as it was what they self refer as in the show and the title, yes I am aware it is considered a derogatory term. If you have not seen the show they portray these people in what most consider a very negative light. Cussing, fighting, dressing provocatively/flashy, confrontational, etc. In the show they often claim the behaviors to be common of their culture and dismiss or justify it as so. Do you think shows that portray a culture in such a negative light, especially one they claim to be "secretive" or "not well known", should be aired. Do you feel this further stereotypes the people of that culture? Are there other shows you feel do the same and therefore should not be aired?
