Hi all!

Bit of a specific question. But my boyfriend has diabetes and we are finding sex a bit difficult because he struggles to stay hard or cum.

I’m hoping it’s not just me but he says he did some research and diabetes lowers his sex drive.

Does anyone else have experience with this and have any tips?

Obviously we know seeing a doctor is best but it’s not a big problem so just looking for some more personal advice
