Helllllp: Sleeping!

When does this end and why is it happening?! My 13 month old is consistently waking around 1am and just wide awake happy as a clam ready to play wont go back to sleep for at least 2 hours no matter what I've tried (nursing, tylenol or motrin, crying, cuddling...) I cant take it. Please advise!!
