Which app should I believe?

I have had a miscarriage Sept 10 of this year and I have been trying to conceive again. I been using this app for a while but I heard when you have a miscarriage is messes with your cycle. I counted from when I started bleeding from my miscarriage to my 1st period on October 25 and it 45 days. Now I'm getting different results for when I ovulate. Glow is wrong because I am a day late.
