O ovulation dates wrong?

Can anyone give any insight as to why glow is not adapting to changes in my cycle? Pretty sure I ovulated on the 8th november as this is when I had my solid smileys with clear blue and this is consistent with Ovia. This time my cycle was 21 days. Glow is not changing with this for Decembers predictions. So not sure when to expect ovulation and when to start testing with opk. Don’t want to waste them. Also, ovia is telling me I’ll ovulate next week and glow the week after?
