How many times do you pump at work?

I work 9 hours and pump 3 times during my shift. 9:30am, 1pm and 3:30pm. I'm thinking about cutting out the 1pm pump and just doing twice a day because its hard to fit in 3 pumping sessions (I'm a team lead and my job is very demanding.) I've been exclusively breastfeeding and pumping for 5 months now. I'm just worried about it affecting my supply. How many times does everyone else pump? I'm getting about 15 ounces a day.

I pump 3 times because it’s just enough for her to eat. I don’t want to chance it. But damn pumping at work is a job in itself.

I exclusively pump. I pump twice at work during an 8.5 hour span. You should be able to cut out one of those pumps as long as you make sure to space out as evenly as you can. At this point your supply should be regulated. I now pump 4 times a day only and my daily output is the same as when I used to pump 6-7 times.

Also have a very demanding job and I can only manage 2 pumps a day. I just make sure to space it out and do a very thorough pump each time! Has not affected my supply, but I do make sure to stay on that water all day long!

I have found that whether I pump twice or three times at work, I end up with same amount of milk. When it’s 3 times there’s less milk at each vs waiting and getting more during the time when I pump twice. So I guess it’s because my body is not making more and I’m already regulated ?? Which sucks bc my supply at hoMe in freezer dwindled down to less than 10 bags. It was full with well over 30-40 bags after my
Maternity leave. But with LO eating 4-5 bags a day, I now pump just enough day before I use it. Hindsight I should have pumped way more during my
Maternity leave.

Over a 12 hour period (8 hr work day plus commute) I pump 4 times. Twice of them are at work. 
I pump right before I go into the office. Pump twice during work hours and once on the way home. 
I think by dropping one, you should be okay as long as they are evenly spaced out and you are emptying the breasts during each pump. 
My biggest fear is drop in supply so for now I’m keeping the number at 4 times during the day. Hoping to drop one eventually

I pump early in the morning on one side and then feed her on the other when she gets up at 7am (she sleeps 7pm-7am with a 930-10 dream feed). At work I pump 2-3 times depending on how much time I get. Since I pump early in the morning I wait till anytime in between 10-11 for my first pump then the rest of the day is dependent off of my schedule / how much I’ve gotten so far. My daily goal is to cover what she is eating at school (18 oz). I tend to get anywhere from 15-20oz a day.

I also exclusively pump. I’ve been steadily dropping pumps and have seen very little change in my supply. I have an oversupply and struggle with clogged ducts, so I keep myself on a fairly strict schedule, but my supply is almost the same at 5 pumps a day as it was at 8 pumps. I just pump more each time, and to fully drain, I often have to pump for longer.

I pump three times. Whenever he would eat if he were with me.  I may go to two pump sessions during year ends close (I work in finance) but for now three times works for me.  I’d be curious myself though if my supply would drop by skipping a pump session.
