Cramping before Ovulation

Hi guys, please help me understand. So last night 11/21 at 11pm I was experiencing some cramping and opk on the strip said high. This morning I had a peak on clear blue, BD today 11/22 at 12pm during my husband’s lunch break😜,used pressed and laid down for 2hrs. I did another opk at 2pm and th LH was even higher. So my question is, does cramping mean the egg is being released or about to be released? We plan on BD tomorrow morning again, do we still have a chance of being pregnant. Due to busy schedule it’s been hard to BD on this cycle
