Worried about not ovulating after seeing great follicles?

I understand this is the general TTC group but I’m more worried about the follicular scan and viable eggs rather than using clomid to ovulate.

I had a scan on CD12 (clomid 3-7 50mg) and had great follicles around 20 mm the biggest was 23mm (crappy lining of only 3.6mm so I know I probably won’t implant) but I have only been getting highs on my clearblue advanced and I’m at CD 20 now. Could my eggs have diminished if they didn’t ovulate? Could I have not had any eggs? Or could I have ovulated without seeing a peak or soft cervix??

Like I said I know it probably won’t implant this month but I’d at least like to figure out if my great follicles are actually producing and ovulating an egg with clomid??

Anyone have an opinion or similar experiences??
