September please help

So in September I had a miscarriage after having fertility treatments. Last month I wasn't starting my period as to be expected so they gave me provera to start it and I started after 5 days. This month everything feels weird I'm crying which isn't normal and getting Moody and the gave me provera again to induce my period and it is not starting and I'm feeling like bee type stings in my cervix or uterus not sure but it's far up their (lol) it's something I've never experienced before any idea what this could be I can't find anything online similar please help!
