Food poisoning or morning sickness?

I’m six weeks and 4 days. Last night we were at my in laws and had dessert and coffee. The cake was cooked but the ingredients didn’t mix well together like the sugar was in only certain areas of the cake it seemed a bit undercooked in the middle. Anyways as soon as I finished eating it I instantly started to get what feels like a stomach ache, as if I caught a stomach bug. Less than an hour later I puked. I can’t tell if I got food poisoning or the baby just didn’t like the cake and coffee combo. (I also try to avoid coffee as much as possible)
