Did you get life insurance when you found out you were pregnant?

This is my first child, and I’m curious as to if first time parents sought out life insurance options when they found out they were pregnant. What were the best companies in regards to price and overall benefit to signing with them? Any (kind) advice is welcomed - thank you in advanced 😊

Yes, great idea to get life insurance! We used a broker, Zander Insurance and they found a great price. Usually suggest 20 year term insurance for 10x your annual salary on your and your sig other. That’s what we did! Priorities are def changing once you have someone else depending on your like that!

I looked into it when I got pregnant and found out that my company actually offered life insurance and it was pretty cheap as part of the benefits I could sign up for. I got $60k for both my husband and I and it was $1 a month for me and $6 a month for the spousal

I had it when I bought my first property which was nearly 6 years  before getting pregnant lol
